Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

As an independent publishing company, we create our books and zines in small batches. For this reason, we are not able to accept return or exchange any items.

If your package has been damaged or lost, please contact USPS, our mailing carrier. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, it is out of our control as a business.

If we mess up your order in any way (ie. sent you the wrong item), please let us know and we will of course do our best to make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

If you ordered a DIGITAL COPY, we are unable to cancel or refund any items purchased this way, as orders are fulfilled immediately.

If you ordered a preorder or in stock physical item, and we have not yet shipped it, please email our team ASAP to ask for a cancellation and refund: shop@ghostprintingpublishing.com

Once an order has been shipped or fulfilled, we are no longer able to cancel, refund, or exchange.

When will I get my order?

If you ordered a PREORDER item, ALL of the items in your order will ship during the expected PREORDER delivery window. These items will be marked as such.

If you ordered a DIGITAL COPY, delivery should be fulfilled immediately upon purchase.

If you ordered an in stock physical item, shipping should occur within 2-3 business days. Any delays with shipping or stock will be notified immediately.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our zines are currently manufactured in Seattle, WA.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
